Frank J. Kartz

Frank J. Kartz Saginaw, Michigan Our beloved father and grandfather passed away at his home on October 9, 2015, at the age of 83 years. Frank was born August 22, 1932, in Midland to the late Louis and Helen (Jardno) Kartz. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He married Joy Riselay on October 13, 1956; she predeceased him on August 22, 2014. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, bus trips to the casino, being outside, hunting, fishing, golfing, and bowling. He is survived by his children, Matt Kartz and Jodi Kartz-Kostelnik; grandchildren, Brandon and Lucas Kartz, Jessica and Kaitlyn Kostelnik; and his siblings, nieces, and nephews. According to his wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 13, 2015, at W.L. Case & Company 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Friends may visit with the family from 3:30 p.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church. www.casefuneralhome.com
