Frank Edward Radosa

Frank Edward Radosa, 79, of Merrill, died Sunday evening, March 26, 2023 at Union Court Assisted Living after complications with Alzheimer’s. His children all spent his last days by his side.

He was born February 27, 1944, son of the late Joseph and Pauline (Pes) Radosa. He was married to Barbara (Dibert) Radosa for 54 years and together raised a family in Merrill, MI. Frank received his formal education from Ferris State, his Journeyman Toolmaking Certification, was the Owner Operator of Saginaw Valley CNC and created other businesses along the way. He was an avid tinkerer and he was always willing to make a part for a farmer or lend a hand to help someone. He could barter and trade for almost anything and was thrilled by every decision. Frank was a devoted husband and father that showed this love through his work ethic and devotion to making things better. He passed his adventure for life onto all of his children. He was also an avid nut tree grower, hunter, creator of mechanical items and proud Slovak. Frank cherished family events and was dearly loved by all of his nieces, nephews and friends.

He is survived by his children, Karla (Chad) Parker, Aron (Mary) Radosa, Chris (Lisa) Radosa, Greg (Selena) Radosa, and Joanne (Adam) Cotton; grandchildren, Nitosha (Ross), Victoria, Thade, Hailie, Ethan, Dalton, Samuel, Reagan, Lillian, Clara, and Jameson. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his brother, Steve and sisters, Katherine, Josephine, and Irene. 

A memorial mass will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at St. John XXIII Parish, Sacred Heart Church, 419 South Midland Street, Merrill MI 48637. Rev. Fr. Michael F. Steltenkamp, S.J. will officiate. Interment will take place at Oak Grove Cemetery in St. Louis, MI. Both he and his wife, Barbara, will be laid to rest together. Frank's family will receive visitors at the church Saturday morning from 9:30 am until the time of mass. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider Union Court Assisted Living of St. Charles.

The family would like to extend thoughtful gratitude for all of the love and support from the Union Court staff and to The Care Team including his nurses Jennifer and Amanda. They also want to share how blessed they feel to have so many friends and family pray for and stand beside them through this past year.
