     Passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2023, at Covenant Health Care. Age 78 years. 

      The son of the late Agnes (Emerick) and Ralph Foulds Sr. was born August 31,1945 in Saginaw, Michigan. He graduated from Arthur Hill High School. He was employed by General Motors, retiring in 1996 with 31 years of service. He was a co-owner of Hidden Hollow in Thomas Twp.  Frederick was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Carrollton-Zilwaukee #4413 and the Falcons Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, sports, especially football and baseball and playing cards. He was close with his nieces and nephews attending many of their events and activities.

     Surviving are three sisters, two brothers and their spouses, Mary and Frederick Clark; Ralph Foulds Jr. and Marie; Nancy Hoppe; Beatrice Foulds-Stadnika and Ronald Stadnika; Thomas and Irene Foulds. His longtime friends, Robert and Kathy Dean; his nieces and nephews, Jean Denter, Annette Ludu, Theresa Foster, Ralph Foulds III, Pamela Walker, Todd Hoppe, Michael Hoppe, Chad Freeman, Kari Pagano, Kent Freeman, Kirk Stadnika, Jessica Stadnika-Snavely, Kevin Foulds, Steven Foulds, Brian Foulds, Katelyn Somers; several great nieces and great nephews. He was predeceased by his fiancé, Judie Maurer, two sisters, June Foulds and Agnes Freeman and a nephew, John Foulds.

      The funeral liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 5376 State St. Saginaw, MI.  Rev. Steven Gavit will officiate with cremation to follow. Friends may visit with family from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Monday, October 16, 2023, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. where a vigil service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friends may then visit at the church from 10:00 a.m. Tuesday until the time of the funeral liturgy.
