Gail Marie Winchell

Gail Marie Winchell Hemlock, Michigan Passed away Saturday, February 15, 2020, at Henry Ford Medical Center. Age 67 years. The daughter of Cecile (Rick) and the late Walter Sumera was born October 3, 1952 in Saginaw, Michigan. She graduated from Arthur Hill High School. She married Marc Wayne Winchell, May 12, 1972. He survives her. She enjoyed crafts, games, puzzles, fishing, bowling and camping. She was an avid Detroit Tigers fan. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family. Surviving besides her husband, Marc, and her mother, Cecile, are two daughters and their husbands, Amanda and Brian Montini; Lisa and Matt Clark; four grandchildren, Noah, Zoie, Tobin and Riley; three sisters, two brothers and their spouses, Mary and Steve Schultz; Julie Sumera; Sally and Maurice Schulz; Paul and Diann Sumera; Joe and Debbie Sumera; many nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by her brother, Curt Sumera. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 21, 2020, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd.
