George Earnest Murdock

George Earnest Murdock Saginaw, Michigan Beloved father, precious brother died on April 14, 2016 after a short illness. He is survived by his children: George Charles Murdock (TaWana), Scott Brian Murdock (Catherine), Dean Carl Murdock (Victor), Tanya Lewis (Timothy), grandchildren Tiffany, Joshua, Faith, Tegan, Kendra, Kara, and great grandson Pilot, sister Judy Quirk, brother Richard, Roberta, sister Betty Boomer. He graduated Saginaw High School 1956 and earned a degree in engineering from General Motor's Institute and University of Michigan. He was an employee of Saginaw Steering Gear for 36 years. George loved family and friends, wood cutting, fishing, music, cycling, designing, gardening, planting trees, dancing, up north, chain saws, swimming and sailing with brother Dick. He will be missed by nieces, nephews, cousins, his breakfast buddies, dancing partners and many, many more. A warm weather celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
