George I. "Butch" Patterson Jr.

Patterson, George I., Jr. "Butch" Saginaw, Michigan Went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 10, 2015, at the age of 60 years. He was born March 12, 1955, in Saginaw, the son of the late Lettie (Lambertson) and George I. Patterson, Sr. Butch attended North Intermediate and Arthur Hill High Schools. He had been employed as a cook at the Royal Palm Restaurant. He enjoyed his many friends on Facebook and playing Farmville. Surviving are his sister, Bonnie M. Patterson, special niece, Leona Giorgis, special grandniece, Nikki Giorgis, and special great-grandnephews, Kayden, Brayden, Hunter and Lucas. He also leaves nieces and nephews, Amanda Graser, Theresa Seal, Russell Patterson, Jr., David Israel, Stephanie Israel, and April Kotenko; grandnieces and grandnephews, Robert, Michelle, Ashley, Zoey, Zander, Jordan, Tyler, Jessica, Chris, and Aiden. He was predeceased by a brother, Russell Patterson, Sr., an infant brother, Michael Allen Patterson, sister, Charlene Dawn Kotenko, nephew, James Giorgis, Jr., and grandnephew, Bret. Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 13, 2015, at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road, where his family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, and then on Thursday from 12:00 noon until the time of service.
