Geralyn T. (Kasper) Eaves

Eaves, Geralyn T. (Kasper) Bridgeport, Michigan Beloved wife, mother and sister passed away on Friday, November 16, 2012 at the age of 52 years. The daughter of the late Lawrence and Jeanette (Metevia) Kasper was born on June 22, 1960 in Saginaw. She married James D. Eaves, Jr. on May 10, 1987; he survives her. Geralyn was employed at Covenant Healthcare as a nurse for the past 32 years. She was a member of Assumption B.V.M. Catholic Church. Geralyn enjoyed going to garage sales, gardening and she especially loved spending time with family, friends and people in general. Surviving besides her husband of 24 years; James and their son, James D. Eaves III, several brother and sisters; William (Bonnie) Kasper, Don (Jamie) Kasper, Terry (Connie) Kasper, Janet (Sonny) Burk, Ken (Bobbie) Kasper, Robert (Denise) Kasper, Barbara (Tim) Queen, James (Chris) Kasper, Duane (Ruth) Kasper, Lou Ann (Tom) Mannion, several brothers and sisters-in-law; Joanie (Mark) Brown, Pattie Williams, Brian (Beth) Eaves, Denise (Fred) Sparck, her mother-in-law Patricia Eaves and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers Larry and Michael Kasper and her father-in-law James D. Eaves, Sr. The family would like to thank the Covenant 2 Main "family" and the staff at Cartwright Care Center for the excellent care they gave Geralyn. Funeral Liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at Assumption B.V. M Catholic Church, 7877 Bell Rd., Bridgeport. Fr. John Sarge will officiate with burial at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday from 11:00a.m. until 9:00 p.m. at W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. where a vigil will be held for Geralyn at 4:00 p.m. and at church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
