Glenn R. (Butch) Stoltow

Glenn R. Stoltow (Butch) Hemlock, Michigan Passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at St. Mary's of Michigan. Age 66 years. The son of the late Glenn and Norma ( Bauer) Stoltow was born January 12, 1947 in Saginaw, Michigan. He married Julie A. Tyson, May 20, 1977. She survives him. He served with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was a member of V.F.W. Post #1859. He was employed by General Motors, Saginaw Division, retiring in 1999 with thirty-four years of service. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Zilwaukee. He enjoyed fishing and hunting Surviving besides his wife, Julie, are a daughter and son-in-law, Jamie L. and Terry Waters, Hemlock, MI; a granddaughter, Hannah Waters; a sister and brother-in-law, Gloria and Larry Cox; two nieces and two nephews. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 15, 2013, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Clayton Beck will officiate with Military burial in Eastlawn Memorial Gardens under the auspices of V.F.W. Post #1859. Friends may call at the Chapel from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Sunday and from 10:00 a.m. Monday until the time of the funeral service.
