Gloria A. Frick

Our loving mother and grandmother passed away on Friday, May 17, 2019. Age 94 years. Gloria was born on May 21, 1924, daughter of the late Dale and Gertrude (Frisby) Morningstar, in Flint, Michigan. She married the love of her life, Henry A. Frick on April 6, 1946. He predeceased her on August 28, 2013. Gloria was a member of Second Presbyterian Church and was a long time Sunday school teacher. She retired from the Swan Valley School District after many years of service. Gloria will be missed by her children, James (MaryAnn) Frick, Connie (Dave) Homan and Thomas (Marie) Frick; her grandchildren, Stacy (Rick) Newbold, Melissa (Adam) Clark, Andrew Frick, Deanna (Steve) Clarke, Carolyn Michels, Damian (Chelsea) Fleischmann, Kyle (Shannon) Fleischmann, David (Brittany) Fleischmann, Colleen Fleischmann, Jennifer (Norman) Pedelty, Mackenzie Frick and Jonathan (Paige) Homan; 21 great grandchildren; her sisters, Dalene (Jim) Chick and Carol (Dave) Bixby. She was predeceased by her grandson, Christopher Homan and her sister, Shirley McQuiston. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Second Presbyterian Church, 2665 Midland Road. Rev. James Neumann will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family on Monday, May 20, 2019 at W. L. Case and Company, 201 N. Miller Road from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and at the church on Tuesday, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider Second Presbyterian Church or Covenant VNA Hospice.
