Beloved son, brother, uncle and nephew went home to be with his Lord and reunited with his father on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at his home; at the age of 60 years.

The son of Bonnie Marie (Lamb) and the late Gordon Gerald Gagnon, Sr.; G was born on June 22, 1961 in Saginaw, Michigan. He graduated from Douglas MacArthur High School. He continued his education at Delta College. G was a member of Old Town Christian Outreach. He enjoyed going to the casino. Above all, G cherished the time spent with the people that he loved.

Surviving is his mother: Bonnie Marie Gagnon; his sister: Dawn (Rick) Gould; two nieces: Stephanie (Kyle) Ecker and Sydney Princing. He leaves to cherish his memory his son: Shannen Hopkins and very dear grandson: Isaiah Hopkins. Also surviving are many extended family members and friends.

The family of G would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Cardinal Hospice.

Honoring G’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Old Town Christian Outreach and Cardinal Hospice.

A memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at Old Town Christian Outreach, 600 Gratiot Avenue, Saginaw. Rev. Donald Dinninger will officiate. Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Honoring G's wishes cremation has taken place.
