Hannah Grace

Hannah Grace Alma, Michigan Formerly of Shepherd, Michigan Passed away Tuesday, December 17, 2013, at the Masonic Pathways, Alma. Age 94 years. The daughter of the late Peter and Mary (Kimmel) Meier was born November 19, 1919 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Ernest M. Grace, July 17, 1937. He passed away July 11, 2011. Mr. and Mrs. Grace engaged in farming in the Shepherd area most of their lives. They spent several years in Florida before returning to Michigan. Hannah was of the Lutheran Faith, enjoyed bowling, golf and playing cards. Surviving are a daughter, Donna Grace Salisbury, Shepherd, Michigan; a nephew, Richard Grace and his wife, Mary, Alma, MI; seven grandchildren and their spouses, Jim Salisbury; Diane and Bruce Burgess; Tamara and Bob Kanine; Judy and Jim Cherry; Patricia and Jim Crandall; James and Kathy Grace; Jeffrey and Diane Grace; 14 great grandchildren; 11 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A brother, David Meier, and a sister, Leah Landskroener, have predeceased him. The funeral service will take at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, December 22, 2013, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd. Pastor George Ayoub will officiate. Friends may call at the Chapel from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the funeral service.
