Harold J. Sudhoff Saginaw, Michigan
Our beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away on Tuesday, May 02, 2017, age 83 years. He was born on March 25, 1934, son of the late Martin Sudhoff and Loretta Zehringer Boland, in Ohio. He served in the U. S. Army during the Korean conflict. Harold married Virginia Curtindale on November 17, 1962, she survives him. Harold retired from Consumers Power after many years of service. He enjoyed being outdoors, taking walks, fishing, traveling and spending time with his family.
Besides his loving wife Virginia, he is survived by their daughters, Cynthia (James) Szott and Candice (Gordon) McIntosh; grandchildren, Courtney and James III Szott, Jacob and Hannah McIntosh; his brother, Paul (Fay) Sudhoff, his father-in-law, Clarence Curtindale and his brother-in-law, Edward (Barbara) Curtindale; also many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his step-father, Karl Boland Sr., his brothers, Dale, James and Joseph Sudhoff, Karl Boland Jr and his sister Marceil Andreychuk.
Funeral Liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 5, 2017 at Christ The Good Shepherd Parish, St. Helen site, 2445 N. Charles St. Fr. Ron Wagner will officiate with entombment in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, May 4, 2017 at W. L. Case and Company, 4480 Mackinaw Road from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. with a prayer vigil at 7:00 p.m. and at the church on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
