Hazel B. Williams

Hazel B. Williams Saginaw, Michigan Wescourt resident passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2013, at Covenant- Cooper at the age of 86 years. The daughter of the late Daisy (Suitor) and George Herbers was born July 8, 1927 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Burley T. Williams, March 27, 1946. He predeceased her on August 13, 2002. She was a member of Lincoln Park United Methodist Church, Flint. She enjoyed spending time with her family and loved her church. Surviving are six children and their spouses, Beverly (Doug Olson) Lovett; Elaine VanBuren, all of Saginaw; Sandra (David) Thompson, Alpena; Debra (Danny) Carlton, Carrollton; Randy (Debbie) Williams; Gary (Mindy) Williams, all of California; Twelve grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. A daughter, Carol Thompson, and three brothers and one sister have predeceased her. The funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 25, 2013, at the W.L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Rev. Maurice Horne will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the Chapel from 6:00-9:00 p.m. Thursday and from 11:00 a.m. Friday until the time of the funeral service.
