Hazen Robert "Bob" Kritzman Bridgeport, Michigan Went to be with his Lord, early Friday, October 20, 2017, at St. Marys Hospital. Age 85 years. Bob was born February 11, 1932, the son of the late Hazen and Ella (Nicolai) Kritzman in Inkster, Michigan. He grew up on a farm in Shabbona, Michigan. "Sim" graduated from Cass City High School, Class of 1949, where he played football and baseball. He enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1950, serving 3 years in the Seabees, stationed in Korea and Guam during the Korean War. Bob married Cleo Fulcher, June 12, 1954. She survives him. They had made their home in Bridgeport for the last 52 years. Bob was an electrician with Saginaw Steering Gear, retiring in 1992, with 39 years of service. He was a member of U.A.W. Local #699. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed sports, playing cards with his family, playing his guitar and singing, and especially loved bluegrass music. He loved a great "deal", whether he was playing euchre or going to yard sales. He was a member of Bridgeport Gun Club and a lifetime member of the N.R.A. Surviving besides his wife of 67 years, Cleo, are his daughters and their spouses, Laurie and Jerry Ossewaarde, Merrillville, IN; Kerri Kritzman, Frankenmuth, MI; Kelly and David Malone, Grand Rapids, MI; his grandchildren and their spouses, Andrew and Heather Ossewaarde, Brian and Anna Ossewaarde; Amy and David Allen; Nicole Fasick; Emily and Paxson Panganiban; Katie Melone and six great grandchildren; his brother and his wife, Dean and Joann Kritzman, Deckerville, MI; a son-in-law and his wife, Jeff and Tammy Fasick, Hebron, KY; several cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his daughter, Sharon K. Fasick and his sisters, Shirley Flatt and Jean Deneen. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 26, 2017, at Bridgeport Community Church, 3821 State St. Bridgeport, MI. Rev. Ron Sinclair will officiate with burial at 3:00 p.m. at Elkland Cemetery, Cass City, MI. Friends may call at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 5700 Dixie Hwy from 2:00-9:00 p.m. Wednesday and then at the Church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
