Helen Theresa (Kaczmarczyk) Franz

Helen Theresa (Kaczmarczyk) Franz Suffolk, VA formerly of Saginaw Passed away January 4, 2015, at the age of 94. She was born in Detroit, Michigan the daughter of the late Martin and Victoria Kaczmarczyk. She was predeceased by her husband, William Alexander Franz, Jr.; three sisters; and five brothers; and son-in-law, Tom Becker. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas in Saginaw, MI from 1991-2001 and then later attended St. Mary's of the Presentation in Suffolk, VA. Helen is survived by her daughter, Helen Becker of Suffolk, VA; son and daughter-in-law, William M. and Mary Franz of Edenton, NC; grandchildren and their spouses, Lori Wilson ("Tadpole" Jerry), Bret Becker (Ineke), Keith Franz (Helen), Denise Russell (Charles), Victoria Pritchard (Ricky); seven great grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and sister, Agnes Lange of Pontiac, MI. Funeral Liturgy will take place at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, January 10, 2015, at St. Thomas Aquinas 5376 State Street. Fr. Richard Bokinskie will officiate with burial to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family at W.L.
