Herman August Bethke

Bethke, Herman August Hemlock, MI Herman passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at the age of 96 years. Herman was born and raised in Hemlock Michigan the son of the late Carl and Emma (Fredrick) Bethke. He was a 1938 graduate of Hemlock High School. He spent his entire life farming in the Hemlock area. Herman enjoyed watching baseball on TV and was an avid Detroit Tigers fan. He enjoyed playing euchre. He is survived by two sons, Barry (Linda) Bethke and John (Betty) Bethke; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren. Herman was predeceased by a daughter, Susan Bethke; a son and daughter-in-law, Ron and Beth Bethke and a grandson, Benjamin Carl Bethke. According to his wishes, cremation has taken place.
