Isabelle E. Marko "Lola"

Isabelle E. Marko "Lola" Hemlock, Michigan Passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at HealthSource Saginaw and is now in heaven, age 89 years. She was born on June 4, 1928, the daughter of the late Alex and Mary (Krupinsky) Kricher, in Saginaw. Isabelle married Edward M. Marko on November 28, 1953. He predeceased her on May 27, 1992. She worked at Lufkin Rule in Saginaw for 21 years and then at Vlasic Pickle. She raised chickens, guinea hens, peacocks, doves, and turkeys. She loved going to church, traveling, the outdoors, cooking, coin collecting, and watching her grandsons sporting and other events. Isabelle was a very generous person to everyone, always there to those in need. She will be missed by her children and son-in-law, John Marko of Hemlock, Patricia (Ralph) Hall of Merrill and Larry Marko of Kalkaska; her grandchildren, Donald and Matthew Hall of Merrill; three brothers, two sisters, and their spouses, Pauline Michels of Luna Pier, MI, Jerry Kricher, Agnes Smith, Larry Kricher, all of Hemlock; Holly and Betty Kricher of Oakley; one sister-in-law, Ann Kricher of Hemlock; many nieces and nephews. Isabelle was predeceased by three sisters and eight brothers, Christine (John) VanSlooten, Oliver Kricher, Albert Kricher, Joseph Kricher, Aaron (Elaine) Kricher, LaVerne (Virginia) Kricher, Geraldine, Norman and Ernestine Kricher, and two infant brothers, Francis and Gerald; brother and sister-in-laws, Karen Kricher, Catherine Kricher, Anna Czaja, Victoria Minnick, Cecelia Kondalski, Mike Marko, Steve Marko and Frank Marko. Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at W. L. Case and Company, 201 N. Miller Road. Fr. Dennis Kucharczyk will officiate. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider St. John XXIII Parish.
