Izha Cain Castillo of Saginaw, Michigan
Beloved son, grandson, great-grandson, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend passed away unexpectedly with his family by his side, on Thursday, July 16, 2020, at Covenant HealthCare – Cooper. He was 25 years old. Izha Cain Castillo was born on May 3, 1995, in Saginaw, Michigan, to Christina L. Castillo and John Stacy III. He was a member of the Church of God Seventh Day. Izha enjoyed skateboarding, singing and was a gifted and talented freestyle rapper. Above all, he loved spending time with his family and friends. He will forever be remembered for his happy-go-lucky and outgoing energy, his love innate ability to joke and make others laugh, and for a smile that melted the hearts of all he treasured.
Surviving are his daughter, Isabella Ann Castillo of Holland; mother, Christina L. Castillo and her boyfriend, Kevin Anderson of Saginaw; father, John Stacy III of Saginaw; siblings: Savannah Castillo, Seth (Pricilla) Castillo, Annalisa Castillo, Santino Anderson, Micaela Hernandez, Zachariah Flores, and many additional brothers; grandparents: Esther Castillo of Saginaw; John Gomez of Chicago; Mary Stacy of Detroit; great-grandmother, Delfina Castillo of Saginaw; two uncles: Robert (Sandy) Castillo of St. Louis, MO; Joseph (Linda) Rodriguez of Saginaw;
Also surviving are many aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends.
Honoring the family’s wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2020, at the Church of God Seventh Day, 523 Stephens Street, Saginaw, Michigan, 48602. A celebration of Izha’s life will take place at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2020, at Drakes Bar, 5463 Dixie Highway, Saginaw, Michigan, 48601.
