Jack O. Yancer

Yancer, Jack Merrill, MI Passed away suddenly on May 21, 2014, at the age of 56 years. Jack was born August 9, 1957, in Saginaw, MI. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a truck driver for over 30 years starting out at Parker Motor Freight and then U.S.F. Holland. He loved going to Aloha State Park, playing poker with his family, camping, and cooking. He is survived by his children, Warren Yancer, Tara (Eric) Dombrowski, Mindy Yancer, and Jeanette Yancer; 3 grandchildren and 1 on the way; his mother and father, Jeanette and Warren Wyatt; siblings, Warren (Julie) Wyatt, Amanda Wyatt, Michele (Bobby) Friss, June (Mike) Rine, Brett Wyatt, Renee Wyatt, Mary Kay "Kitty" (Randy) Cox; and friend and mother of his children, Tammy Yancer. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, May 26, 2014, at W.L. Case & Company 125 E. Saginaw St. Merrill, MI. A celebration of life will follow the service at Jonesfield Township Hall. Friends may visit with the family from 12:00 noon until the time of service.
