Jacqueline “Jackie” Marie McQuaid of Zilwaukee, Michigan

Beloved wife, daughter, sister, and friend passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, March 5, 2020, at her home. She was 55 years old. Jacqueline Marie McQuaid was born on August 12, 1964, in Saginaw, Michigan to Raymond Michael and Judith Dianne (Rogers) Reid. She was a proud 1982 Graduate of Carrollton High School. Following Graduation, Jackie worked various retail positions before meeting the love of her life, Michael Joseph McQuaid while both working for Little Caesars Pizza. They dated, fell in love, and were united in marriage on October 28, 1994, in Saginaw, Michigan; he survives her. Jackie was employed as a Loan Processor with Chemical Bank. She enjoyed working out in the yard and taking road trips with Michael to the beach in Tawas City. Though she could be gullible, Jackie had a wonderful sense of humor, exquisitely beautiful, selfless, and incredibly kind to all she loved. Above all, she loved and cherished her family especially her beloved cats: Lu, Otis, Mookie, and Wheatie.

Surviving are her husband of 25 years, Michael J. McQuaid of Zilwaukee; father, Raymond Reid of Carrollton; brother, Raymond Michael Reid of Saginaw; sister, Debra Ann Reid of Saginaw; mother-in-law, JoAnn (Milano) McQuaid; sister-in-law, Lynn (Dave) Colbert of Saginaw; niece, Stacie Alcorn of Saginaw. Also surviving are many extended family members and dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Judith Dianne Reid; father-in-law, Lester McQuaid; sister-in-law, Christine McQuaid.

Friends are welcome to visit with the family at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road on Monday, March 9, 2020, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Honoring Jackie’s wishes cremation will follow.
