James Milton Porath Saginaw, Michigan Passed away suddenly, Tuesday, November 5, 2013. Age 64 years. The son of the late Milton and Dorothy (Albosta) Porath was born March 9, 1949 in Saginaw, Michigan. He married Sharon Hensler, August 6, 1971. She survives him. He had been employed by STT Security for over 30 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and all of the out-of-doors. He was known for his generosity, always willing to lend a helping hand. Surviving besides his wife, Sharon, are a son and daughter-in-law, Matthew and Jovanka Porath; Grand Haven, MI; three grandchildren, Franchesca, Anthony and Julianna; three brothers, one sister and their spouses, Brian and Marsha Porath; Judy and Scott Berger; Thomas and Amanda Porath; Ken Porath; several nieces and nephews. His step-mother, Joyce Porath, and two brothers, Kevin and Kim Porath have predeceased him. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 9, 2013, at the W. L. Case and Co.
