Hile, James O. Hemlock, MI Passed away Saturday evening, November 26, 2016, at HealthSource, Saginaw, at the age of 93 years. He was born October 18, 1923 in Big Rapids, Michigan. He served with the US Navy during World War II, serving on the USS Wichita. He engaged in farming. He also worked for Clyde Cox Fuel Supply in Hemlock for many years. He enjoyed the out of doors and was an avid camper and fisherman. He married Elaine H. Kramer on July 6, 1946; she predeceased him December 8, 2006. Surviving are two daughters and one son, Linda Newcomb; Darlene Hile Klocinski (Tom); and Randy Bronson; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren: Michael (Amber) Kleekamp and their sons, James and Christopher; Kimberly (Jake) Kidd and their son R. J.; Jessica Farley; Jacob Farley; Jared Jines; William Newcomb; several nieces, nephews and their families. He was predeceased by a sister, Rosabell Rozek. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 30, 2016, at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Road, where his family will receive friends from 2:00 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday and then on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Rev. Rob Richards will officiate with military burial in Midland Memorial Gardens.
