Janice Elaine Stacy

Stacy, Janice Elaine Saginaw, Michigan Passed away peacefully Monday, December 3, 2012 at Hoyt Nursing Home in Saginaw, Michigan at the age of 75 years. Janice was born May 25, 1937 in Saginaw, Michigan to Kenneth and Marrion Shackelford. Over the course of her life Janice never ceased to put the needs of her family and friends before her own. She did everything she possibly could for them. She was a very giving, caring, and loving person. She was a dedicated and baptized servant of Jehovah God for many years. Left to cherish her memory are her sons John Robert Stacy Jr., Michael Dennis Stacy, and Wendell Allen Stacy; her sister Joan (Edward) Faulk, and 15 grandchildren John Robert Stacy III, Vincent Phineas Stacy, Jeremy Casey, Jocelyn Elaine Stacy-Oliver, Steven Owen Stacy, Dieama and Danyel Stacy, Varrick Nelson, Janice Elaine Shackelford Stacy, Crystal Mechelle Stacy, Andrea Gipson, Wendell Allen Stacy Jr., Thurston Allister Johnson (Delfina) Stacy, Kristin Barbara Janice Stacy, and Tristin Stacy; a cherished friend Barbara Cecil, and a host of great grandchildren and other relatives. She was predeceased by parents Kenneth and Marrion Shackelford, brothers Kenneth and Wendell Shackelford, and sister Barbara Martin; and her son Phillip Duane Stacy. Funeral service will take place at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, December 8, 2012 at W. L. Case and Company, Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. Mr. James Brown will officiate.
