Young, Jason Douglas Saginaw, MI Passed away Thursday, January 3, 2013, at his home at the age of 43 years. He was born June 21, 1969 in Saginaw. He graduated from Eisenhower High School. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and the outdoors. Jason was an avid Red Wings fan. Surviving are his wife, Stacey, and his daughter, Brooke Ann Young; a step-daughter, Samantha Weber; a step-son, Justin Olvera; his father and step-mother, Dale and Janet Young, his mother and step-father, Pam and Don Balcom; his grandmother, Margaret Zietz; two brothers, Scott (Amy) and Adam Young; two sisters, Sarah (David) Pasko and Amanda (David) Dudek; several nieces and nephews; a brother-in-law, David Carter. He was predeceased by a sister, Malissa Carter. A memorial service will take place at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 8, 2013 at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 2565 N. Miller Rd. Pastor Edward Meyer will officiate. Friends may call at the church from 10:30 a.m. until the time of memorial service.
