Jeanette Marie Kragenbrink Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Sunday, May 10, 2015, at the University of Michigan Hospital, Ann Arbor, MI. due to injuries received in an accident. Age 83 years. The daughter of the late Carl and Ablena Brodin was born August 28, 1931 in Bay City, Michigan. She married Edward R. Kragenbrink, November 13, 1954. Her husband of 60 years survives her. She was a member of State Street United Methodist Church. She and her husband participated in many events with U.A.W. Local 668. Jeanette enjoyed bowling, playing cards and baking. She was especially known for her peanut brittle and cookies. Surviving are a daughter, a son and their spouses, Christie and Brian Storm; Wayne and Joan Kragenbrink; four grandchildren, Noah and Jake Storm; Jennifer Mallory and her husband, Jason; Kyle Kragenbrink; two great grandchildren, Avery Mallory and Jackson Mallory; one sister, Joyce Sutton; several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. A son Mark Kragenbrink and two brothers, Donald and George Brodin have predeceased her. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2015, at State Street United Methodist Church, 3617 Mackinaw Rd. at State St. Rev. Elias Mumbiro will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd. from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday and then at the Church from 10:00 a.m. Wednesday until the time of the funeral service.
