Jeffrey A Phillips

Jeffrey A. Phillips Broad Ripple, Indiana Passed away Thursday January 3, 2019 at Covenant Cooper at the age of 58 years. Jeff was born August 26, 1960 in Ashland, Wisconsin, the son of the late Theodore and Carol (Peacy) Phillips. Jeff enjoyed woodworking, camping, bonfires and boating. Jeff had a great love for classic music. Surviving are two daughters; Tanya (John) Maynard; Angel (Tom) Schumann; four grandchildren; Prestin, Morgan, Taylor and Madison; three sisters; Doreen (Tom) Cassel, Terri Phillips and Tammy Reedy; several nieces and nephews also survive. Cremation has taken place there are no services planned at this time.
