Beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend went home to be with his Lord on Sunday, February 20, 2022, with his family at his side; at the age of 61 years.

The son of the late Fernando and Avelina (Chavez) Aranjo, Jesse was born on March 1, 1960 in Bay City, Michigan. He attended Saginaw High School. Jesse worked for Grey Iron Foundry for many years of loyal and dedicated service. He was a member of Old Town Christian Outreach. Jesse enjoyed fishing, barbequing, and listening to music. His family would describe him as a funny and humorous character. Above all, Jesse cherished time spent with his family.

Surviving are seven children: Jesse Hernandez, Luciano Hernandez, Juan DeCarlos, Julian, Angelo, Jessica, Ava; grandchildren: Joshua, Jordan, Amaya, Angelina, Marcelino, Isiah, Matthew; three sisters: Joyce (Darrell) Wilkinson, Rosalinda Castaneda, Avelina Aranjo Herrera (Adam Diaz). Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Besides his parents, Jesse was preceded in death by his brother: Mario Gutierrez.

Honoring Jesse’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at the Knights of Columbus, 2280 Williamson Road, Saginaw, Michigan 48601. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel.
