In Memoriam
Jo Andrea Vican went to be with the Lord on March 23, 2025, at the young age of 78.
Andrea, as she preferred to be known, was born October 16, 1946, and was the youngest of five siblings. She was a devoted mother of three, a loving grandmother of five, and a great-grandmother of two.
Andrea was a loyal and devoted friend and was at her happiest when she was helping others. Friends she made in grade school and high school remained lifelong friends, and new friends she met along the way became tried and true.
Andrea exuded her own creative sense of style and took pride in her appearance together with everything she did. She was naturally beautiful, bold, and brave.
Andrea had an undeniable God given talent for interior design and was a true original. Every interior space she created was an expression of her love of all things beautiful and her home looked like straight out of a magazine.
Andrea’s greatest joy and accomplishment in life she considered, were her children, and all who knew her, knew how much she loved her children more than anything in the world, and they loved her.
Andrea will be deeply missed.
In honor of Andrea, the family will celebrate, remember, and preserve her memory at the Tribute Garden Ford House.
A garden sign will be displayed prominently at the Garden Entrance for all to see, along with a plaque placed within the Butterfly House in memory of Jo Andrea Vican, where the tranquil environment will not only reflect her spirit but where you will find her set free, to flutter and fly.
Please consider visiting and donating to the Tribute Garden Butterfly House in memory of Andrea. You may make an annual donation online by clicking here.
