Leahy, JoAnn Lucille (Briggs) Saginaw, Michigan Beloved mother, grandmother, and sister passed away on October 13, 2014 at HealthSource at the age of 75 years. The daughter of the late Florence (Slaybaugh) and Edward Briggs was born February 12, 1939 in Saginaw. She graduated from Arthur Hill High School. JoAnn enjoyed going to the casino, BINGO, crafting, card games and gathering with friends and family. Surviving are her children: Connie (fianc Lester Halla) Leahy, of Fremont, CA; Sandra Leahy, Shari Leahy, Michael (Kathryn) Leahy all of Saginaw, MI; Janell (Rick) Johnson of St. Charles, MI; 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, her siblings: Edward (JoAnn) Briggs, Jr., Leon (Mary Lou) Briggs, Betty (Duane) Brayman and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister and brother: Madeline Mierkle and Clinton Briggs.
