Jody Ann Todd

Beloved sister, aunt and friend passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 26, 2018 at her home. She was 60 years old. Jody Ann Mohr was born on May 9, 1958 in Saginaw to the late Donald James Mohr and Jaclyn Jean Tuke. She was a proud 1976 graduate of Swan Valley High School. Following graduation, Jody began working for Michigan Bell in Saginaw, first as an operator and soon after in management. She later worked for Washtenaw County 911 as a dispatcher before working for the University of Michigan Health Systems as an admitting clerk. Jody owned her own Etsy shop making all natural potpourris, candles and incense. Her success was determined by her creativity, writing ability and her artistic mind. Jodys dream was to one day own her own cabin upstate near the Mackinaw Bridge. Above all she loved and cherished her family and friends. She truly lived by this quote every day, "Before going to sleep every night, forgive everyone and sleep with a clean heart." Surviving are a brother, Dee B. Mohr of Chesaning; a sister, Shelie A. Gallaugher of Saginaw; a niece and two nephews, Ashley (Zack) Kanuszewski of Hemlock, Aaron Gallaugher of Saginaw and Matthew Szepanski of Saginaw; two great-nieces, River and Stella Kanuszewski; her beloved cat, Stinker; and a special friend, Brian Benson of Frankenmuth. Also surviving are her beloved church family at Christ Lutheran Church and many close friends. She was preceded in death by her parents William and Jaclyn Miller; two cats, Sprout and Baby Cakes; and two dogs, Peaches and Punkin. Honoring Jodys wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will take place at a later date.
