John J. Nalevayko

Passed away at his residence after a lingering illness on Monday, March 24, 2014. Age 79 years. John James Nalevayko was born July 19, 1934 in Saginaw to the late Stephen and Frances (Gorney) Nalevayko. He attended Saginaw High School. He married Esther Kuch on July 28, 1956, and she survives him. John was employed for many years by Pumford Construction, retiring in 1994. He was a member of the Laborers Union, Local 1098. In addition to his spouse, John is survived by: five children, Larry Nalevayko, Tom Nalevayko, Connie (Jeff) Nalevayko, Bob (Michelle) Nalevayko, and Bill (Anita) Nalevayko; six grandchildren, Nicole, Kayla, Cody, Britni, Billy, and Lily; and a sister and a brother, Evelyn Nalevayko and Donald Nalevayko. He was predeceased by two children, Jerry Nalevayko and Marilyn Nalevayko; and two sisters, Mary Anne and Nancy. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place.
