John J. Leschefsky Sr.

John J. Leschefsky Sr., age 63, of Saginaw Township, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 15, 2024.

John was born in Baltimore, Maryland on October 8, 1961, the son of the late John F. Leschefsky and Blanche K. (Dorn) Leschefsky. He attended Overlea High School in Baltimore, Maryland, graduating in 1979. After high school he served his country in the United States Army. He worked in technology sales in the telecommunications industry for over 30 years. He was an avid sports fan, especially of the Baltimore Ravens and Baltimore Orioles. He also enjoyed playing golf. John loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.

Surviving are three children, Nikki (Brandon) Sykes, John Leschefsky Jr., and Chad Leschefsky; six grandchildren, John & Aidan Leschefsky, and Ava, Derek, Darren, & Brayson Sykes; one sister, Sandy (Rick) Christensen and one brother, Rob Leschefsky. He was preceded in death by one brother, Steven Leschefsky.

Cremation has taken place, and no services are scheduled at this time.
