McFall, John Melvin Saginaw, Michigan Loving husband, father, Godfather, uncle and friend went home to be with his Heavenly Father on Saturday, December 12, 2015. Born in Bay City, Michigan to the late Melvin and Gertrude McFall on April 4, 1938, graduated from Romeo High School, proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps, and earned his Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University. He married his college sweetheart, Rosalie, on September 12, 1959. John is survived by his wife, Rosalie; daughter, Kristin J. McFall; brothers-in-law, Michael (Sally) Borsenik, Patrick (Jackie) Borsenik, Gregory (Beth) Borsenik; special Godsons, Barry (Mandy) Borsenik, Gregory Ross; and many nieces and nephews. John was predeceased by his brother, Michael McFall, and parents-in-law, Matthew and Julia Borsenik. Prior to his retirement in 2000, John was employed in law enforcement for Saginaw County for many years. He was a member of Christ the Good Shepherd Parish, St. Helen Church, and appointed one of its first Eucharistic Ministers. He was a proud member of the Saginaw Downtown Lions Club, Germania Town and Country Club, Saginaw Country Club, Brant Sportsman's Club, and Covenant Volunteer Messengers. He enjoyed spending time with his family and wonderful friends, a good game of Euchre, his Wolverines and Chippewas, and the birds in his backyard. He will be remembered with love. Funeral Liturgy will take place at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 17, 2015, at Christ the Good Shepherd Parish, St. Helen Church, 2445 N. Charles Street. Rev. Fr. Ronald Wagner and Rev. Fr. Emmett Marceau will concelebrate the Mass. Private committal will take place later. John's family will receive friends at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Road, from 3:00 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 16, 2015. Family and friends may then call at the church on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass.
