Passed away unexpectedly Thursday, November 18, 2021. Age 64 years.
The son of the late Genevieve (Stevens) and John Edward Raymond was born August 1, 1957 in Saginaw, Michigan. He graduated from Hemlock High School. John married Diane Krawczyk, June 20, 1987. She survives him. He was employed by Murin Company. He was an avid hunter and belonged to the Hunt and Grunt Club, Cross Village, MI; He also enjoyed snowmobiling, golfing, his NASCAR race, the University of Michigan sports and his lovely Detroit Lions. He enjoyed building, helping with projects, often making “ something out of nothing”. He was always willing to help others with their projects and was the life of the party.
Surviving besides his wife, Diane, are a son, Michael Dylan Raymond; two sisters, one brother, Vickie (Roger) Morgan; Jeanie Raymond; James Raymond; father-in-law, Louis Krawczyk; three sisters-in-law,
Charmaine Krawczyk; Brenda (Cleston) Winters; Denise Trinklein; his nieces and nephews,
Ryan, Torey, Marty, Kevin, Justin, Patty, Lee Ann, Randy and Melissa; several great nieces, great nephews and many special friends. He was predeceased by mother-in-law, Stella Krawczyk; two brothers-in-law, Rodney Krawczyk and John Trinklein; and a great nephew, Daniel Ormsby.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 26, 2021, with a funeral service taking place from 3:00-4:00 p.m., at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd.
