Passed away Saturday, August 7, 2021, at Covenant Harrison. Age 76 years.
The son of Eileen (Walker) and Casimir Stachowski was born November 13, 1944 in Detroit, Michigan.
He graduated from the University of Detroit Business School in 1974 and retired from Chrysler Motor Company with over 25 years of service. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was a member of Swan Valley United Methodist Church, the American Legion and the Saginaw Field and Stream.
Surviving are his beloved partner, Joyce Peters, two daughters and their husbands, Pam and Rob Shimkus; Carolyn and Ron Nowak; his granddaughters, Stephanie (Tyler) Osentoski; Barbara Nowak; his great grandchildren, Zoey, Lillian, Sophia and Tyler Jr. Osentoski; a sister, Mary Funds; several nieces and nephews;
Joyce’s son, Michael Wolfgram; her grandchildren, Kristina, Morgan, Mikayla, Alilya, Violet and Dahlia. He was predeceased by a sister, Ann Vineyard.
The funeral service will take placed at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Four Points United Methodist Church, Swan Valley Campus, 9265 Geddes Rd. Saginaw, MI 48609. Rev. Rob Richards will officiate. Friends may visit with family from 9:00 a.m. Wednesday until the time of the funeral service.
