Passed away Friday September 11, 2020 at Eden Assisted Living, at the age of 80 years. June was born July 20, 1940 in Cass City, Michigan the daughter of the late Jacob and Mabel (Houston) Gies.
She married Fred Kneuss in October 3, 1959 and he survives her.
Surviving besides her husband Fred are their two sons; Fred (Nancy) Kneuss II and Brian (Michelle Peterson Kneuss; ten grandchildren; Fred Kneuss III, Nichole Coxon, Ashley Johnson, Jessica Antao, Jacob Kneuss, Joseph Kneuss, Levi Kneuss, Shelby Kneuss, Lexi Kneuss and Trent Kneuss; many great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and her faithful dog Lady.
June was predeceased by a son Joseph K. Kneuss and a brother Jake Gies.
Cremation has taken place a memorial service will take place 1:00 p.m. Saturday September 19, 2020 at the W.L. Case and Company 201 N. Miller Rd. Rev. Randy Brokow will officiate. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the memorial service. Pursuant to the current state executive order, indoor building capacity is limited, face covers are required, and social distancing encouraged.
