Kathleen A. Keyser

Keyser, Kathleen A. Lake George, Michigan Formerly of Saginaw Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2014, at her home, after a lengthy illness. Age 91 years. Kathleen Ann Kaltenbach was born October 30, 1922, in Saginaw, the daughter of the late Stephen and Eva (Tillman) Kaltenbach. She graduated from SS Peter and Paul Catholic High School. She married Raymond L. Keyser on November 2, 1947; he predeceased her February 24, 2006. While in Saginaw, she had been a member of SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church and St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, and also Maple Hill Golf Club in Hemlock. Mr. and Mrs. Keyser made their retirement home in Lake George, and she was a member of the Moose Lodge in Harrison and the Lake George Booster Club. Surviving are her daughter, Rae Ann Keyser, Lake George; her son and daughter-in-law, Stephen L. and Rene Keyser, Hemlock; two granddaughters and their husbands, Rachele and Amado Arceo IV and Erica and Charlie Hatchard; two great-grandchildren, Amado V and Valerie Arceo; several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her sister and brother-in-law, Magdalena "Lena" and Alfred Mudgett. Kathleen's family extends special thanks to all her Mid-Michigan Hospice team, for their care and concern. Funeral Liturgy will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 24, 2014, at St. Mary Catholic Church, 151 St. Mary's Road, Hemlock, where her family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. Friday until the time of Mass. Rev. Fr. Duane Wachowiak will officiate with burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
