Kathryn Ann Schroeder

Schroeder, Kathryn Ann St. Charles, MI Our beloved mother, grandmother, and companion passed away Friday, January 16, 2015, at the age of 63. Kathryn was born April 2, 1951, in Saginaw to the late Kenneth and Ellen (Holman) Miller. She worked for Community State Bank for 44 years. She was an active woman enjoying snowmobiling, camping, car shows, roller skating, motorcycles, and bicycling. She was a member of Christ Ev. Lutheran Church of Oakley. She is survived by her children Christina McComb, Shannon Whaley, and Monica Whaley; grandchildren, Benjamin Schroeder and Michael McComb; and her companion of 29 years Tim Whaley. Funeral services will take place at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 24, 2015 at Christ Ev. Lutheran Church 16070 W. Brady Rd. Oakley, MI 48649. Rev. Dave Mielke will officiate with burial to follow in Brant Township Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at W.L. Case & Company 201 N. Miller Road and again at church on Saturday from 12:00 noon until the time of service.
