Harrington, Kendall Hemlock, Michigan
Passed away surrounded with love on March 7, 2019 at the age of 61 years. The son of the late Donald and Neva (Achenbach) Harrington was born on October 13, 1957 in Midland, Michigan. He graduated from Midland High School, class of 1976 and later graduated from Central Michigan University having earned a Bachelors Degree.
He married his best friend and forever love Deborah (Leggitt)Harrington on May 17, 1980 in Saginaw she survives him. He worked for Dow Corning where he served 37 years. Kendall was a member of Resurrection Lutheran Church. Ken was admired by many for his positive attitude and for his will to live his life without limitations. He set an example of perseverance and acceptance. He was a man of highest integrity and he loved faithfully and completely. His faith was unwavering, and any accomplishments or blessings he always gave the glory to God. The joys of his life were his family and his grandchildren.
Surviving are his children Zachary (Lindsey) Harrington, Benjamin (Risa) Harrington, and Tyler (Tiffany) Harrington; his grandchildren Lennon, Rhett and William; his sister Elise Harrington and his brothers Jim Harrington and Hal (Cindy) Harrington. Ken is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and a brother- at- heart Chip (Lorena) Bowman.
Ken was predeceased by his sister Rhoda Harrington, and his sister- in- law Mary Harrington.
A funeral service will take place at 11:00am on Wednesday March 13, 2019 at Resurrection Lutheran Church, 2110 Brockway, Saginaw. Rev. Marilyn Robinson will officiate, with burial to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family from 2:00- 8:00pm on Tuesday March 12, 2019 at W.L. Case and Company, 4480 Mackinaw Road and from 10:00am until the time of the service at the church. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the many excellent doctors and nurses that have helped care for him over the years.
