Kevin A. Ford

Went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, September 8, 2016, age 59 years. Kevin was born on April 15, 1957, son of the late Orain and Norma (Smith) Ford, in Saginaw. He was a graduate of Mott Community College earning an Associates Degree in Nursing. He had been employed as a Registered Nurse at McLaren Regional Medical Center in Flint. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family. He will be remembered for his loving and giving spirit. Surviving are his children, Jacob and Mackenzie Ford; his granddaughter, Isabella Ford; his sisters, Alaina (Charles) Ryder, Laraine (Frank) Torrez and Tina Cavasos; his brothers, David Ford and Keith (Connie) Ford;the mothers of his children, Diane Ford and Tina Scott also many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Memorial service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 16, 2016 at Bridgeport Community Church, 3821 State Street, Bridgeport. Pastor Ronald L. Sinclair will officiate. Honoring Kevin's wishes cremation has taken place. Friends may visit with the family at the church on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
