Kevin Kenneth Buda

Buda, Kevin Kenneth of Saginaw, passed away unexpectedly at home on September 8, 2022, at the age of 52 years.

The son of the late Gerald H. Buda and Mary J. (VanAlst) Mularz was born on September 30, 1969, in Bay City, MI. He graduated from Garber High School in 1988 and joined the United States Army, where he served until September 1993. Kevin joined AMVETS Post 22 in 2005, where he held positions as both Vice Commander and Commander. Kevin enjoyed cooking and the outdoors, especially camping, being in the woods hunting, or on a lake fishing with family and friends. He also enjoyed his time on the back deck appreciating the wildlife in his yard. Kevin was great with computers and enjoyed his job as an IT Specialist for the United States Government at the Aleda Lutz VA Hospital.

Kevin is survived by his wife, Trisha, and her children Eric and Rylee Handeguand, his siblings Mike Willett, M.Scott Willett, Mary Lou Benecke, Christine Jaynes and Cathy Schmidt. Also surviving are his in-laws, Jack and Muriel Bartlett, brothers-in law Jeff (Diane) Bartlett, Greg (Amy) Bartlett, and sisters-in-law Karen (Doug) Haenlein and Gerrie Bartlett, as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles & cousins. Kevin was predeceased by his parents, his step-father Glen Mularz, his brother-in-law Thomas Bartlett, and his son Justin.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, September 13th, 2022, at W. L. Case & Company Funeral Home, 201 N Miller Road, Saginaw. The family will receive visitors from 12:00 pm-2:00 pm and 4:00 pm until the time of service.
