Loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend passed away Sunday, July 17, 2022. Age 72 years.

He was born March 19, 1950, in Saginaw, Michigan, the son of the late Bernard and Virignia (Orlowski) Taylor. On October 5, 2000 he married Barbara (Guettler) Taylor.

Larry spent 30 years employed at General Motors. His hobbies included spending time out-of-doors. He loved going to the Upper Peninsula whether it was going to Hunting Camp, fishing or hunting with his buddies or to his nephew Brandon's cabin. He also loved planting a huge garden, which he rarely harvested anything from it, but more so that his friends and family would come over to harvest and sit on the back porch to visit and of course have a cocktail and anyone that knew Larry knew that his was a Black Velvet and Coke. He also enjoyed having fish fries and playing Cribbage. It was amazing to see how fast he would count his hand. Larry also liked to take a periodic road trip to the casino and maybe a little healthy wager at the horse track.

Larry will be deeply missed by his children: Jeremy (Lisa) Taylor, Jason Taylor, Stacey (Nathan) Buszka, and Amy (Todd) Bess; his grandchildren: Samantha, Dillon (Jessica), Jessica, and Hannah Taylor, Justin, and Jaiden Taylor, Tiffany and Rebecca Buszka, Ryleigh Bess; his mother-in-law Doris Guettler, his brother Rick Taylor, his sisters: Sandy Pryzgocki, Stacy Weaver, and Denise (Pat) Bender; sisters-in-law Betsy Taylor and Charlotte Taylor, brothers-in-law Thomas (Annette) Guettler, John (Maxine) Guettler, and many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his mother Virginia, father Bernard, father-in-law Melvin Guettler, wife Barbara, brothers Gary and Butch, sister-in-law Peggy Taylor, brothers-in-law Rick Weaver and Louie Pryzgocki, and nephew David Guettler.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, July 22, 2022, at W. L. Case & Company, 201 North Miller Road, Saginaw. Honoring Larry's wishes cremation will take place following services. Friends may visit with the family from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at the funeral home, as well as from 10:00 am until the time of service Friday.
