Leona C. Ott

Ott, Leona C. Hemlock, Michigan Beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, passed away Tuesday January 5, 2015 at the James E. Cartwright Care Center, at the age of 85 years. Leona C. Floud was born November 13, 1930, in Hemlock, Michigan, the daughter of the late Earl and Minnie (Voorheis) Floud. She married Jack J. Ott on July 29, 1961; he predeceased her July 26, 2007. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church, Hemlock. Surviving are four children and their spouses, Craig Ott and his special friend Laurie Hall, Saginaw; Debbie and Jerry Lembach, Baltimore, MD; Rev. Randy and Paula Ott, Morrison, WI; Michelle and Randy Berka, Saginaw, MI; ten grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one sister, Ethel Weyh, Saginaw; several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a son, Glenn Ott, and by five sisters; Jean, Beatrice, Evelyn, Arthela, Irene and two brothers; Albert and Earl. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Thursday January 14, 2016 at St. John Lutheran Church, 2290 Pretzer Road, Hemlock. Rev. Phil Bigelow will officiate with burial in St. John Lutheran Cemetery. Her family will receive friends at the W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Road, from 2:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday January 13, 2016 and then at the church on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
