Linda Gayle Wellman Saginaw, Michigan Linda was a woman of strong convictions who spoke from her heart. She passed away suddenly on September 26, 2014 at 54 years of age. She had three amazing children, Grace, 16, and twins, Margaux and Lauren, 15 who were the light of her life. She was a friend to many, like family to even more. She was born in Jacksonville, FL on September 1, 1960 and grew up along the east coast. She was a Ford agency model while living in New York City and Chicago. Linda moved to Saginaw and married her husband in 1996. While living in Saginaw she worked at Morley Companies, WNEM TV5, Charter Communications, and also owned her own internet business, Direct Obits. She was passionate about charities that helped children. She was involved with AMBUCS and the founding of the Rainbows End Boundless Playground in Kochville Township. Linda loved cooking, and instilled that same passion of cooking in her girls. Family and friends were the beneficiaries of Linda's love of the culinary arts. Linda and her family attended St. Stephens Catholic Church. Linda is survived by her husband Brian, and her three daughters, Grace, Margaux and Lauren, her mother, Gayle Ramsey ( Charles), of Clermont Florida, her sister, Cid Stanford and her fianc, (TJ Jarvis), her brother, David Stanford, and her younger sister, Wanda Porter (Terry), her father and mother in law, Chuck and Donna Wellman of Frankenmuth and her brother and sister in law Paul and Cathy Wellman of Saginaw and many nieces and nephews. Linda is predeceased by her father Robert Stanford and her brothers Michael and Steve Stanford. Memorial funeral liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 2, 2014 at St. Stephen Catholic Church, 1310 Malzahn, Saginaw. Rev. Steve Gavit will officiate. Friends may call at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. from 5:00-9:00 P.M. Tuesday and 3:00-5:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Wednesday where a wake service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friends may then call at the Church from 10:00 am Thursday until the time of the memorial Mass..
