Linda Kay (Arnoldi) Korting

Linda Kay (Arnoldi) Korting Bridgeport, Michigan Our beloved sister and aunt went home to the Lord on August 22, 2017, at the age of 73. Linda was born November 19, 1943, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She married Bill Korting on February 24, 1968; he predeceased her January 6, 2009. She was owner of Korting AFC home. Linda was an exceedingly generous and kind person. She loved cooking and taking care of her various beloved pets. She will be dearly missed by her siblings, Carol Carlton and Ted Arnoldi; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great nieces and great-great nephews; and longtime cherished inhabitants of her AFC home, Kenny Stearns and Mark Fritzler. She was predeceased by her parents, Lucille (Chiles) and Al Godo; and her sister, Janet Arnoldi. Funeral services will take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 28, 2017, at First Baptist Church of Bridgeport at 2400 King Rd. Pastor J.D. Howell will officiate with burial to follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may visit with the family at church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
