Linnie Kay (Winieckie) Kolinski,
Passed away peacefully in her sleep at her home on Tuesday, April 7, 2020. Age 79 years. The daughter of the late Bernard Winieckie and Adeline (Balko) Winieckie, Linnie was born January 15, 1941 in Carrollton, Michigan. Linnie then married Philip Kolinski in 1965. They were married for 55 years.
She was a member of First Assembly of God Church. Linnie loved spending time with her family, going up north, playing canasta and working in her yard.
Linnie is survived by her husband, Philip Kolinski, one daughter and three sons and their spouses, Tanya and Andy Diment, Lakeville, MN; Philip and Tammy Kolinski, Jacob Kolinski and Kristen Russell, and Frank Kolinski all of Saginaw. She was a loving and devoted Grandma to Nick and Adam Diment, Lakeville, MN; Adeline Kolinski and James Logghe, Peck, MI; Jessica Kolinski and Philip Kolinski III, Saginaw; one sister Arlene Trommer Mossner; one brother Vincent Winieckie; four sister-n-laws, Leah (Wininieckie) Mahoney, Julie Winieckie Colleen Kolinski, Laura Huebner and brother-n-law Gerry Huebner; three dear friends, Carol Archangeli, Arlene Walker and Kristine Linck; Many nieces and nephews. Linnie was preceded in death by her father-n-law Frank Kolinski and mother-n-law Mary (Merta) Kolinski; three brothers, Thelvius (Bope), Val (Sonny) and Bernard (Bud) Winieckie, two sisters, Iris Pawlick and Genevive (Brady) Smith; Seven brother-n-laws, Leonard, Jacob, Frank and John Kolinski, Dan Pawlick, Lyle Brady, and Tom Smith, two sister-n-laws, Clara (Barr) Pyron and Delores Kolinski.
Private family services have taken place, Pastor Naomi Krzyzaniak officiated. Burial took place at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. A link to view the funeral service will be provided at a later date.
