Schrotenboer, Lloyd Jr. Saginaw, Michigan Loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away on Saturday March 9, 2013 suddenly at the age of 64 years. The son of Juella (Plasman) and the late Lloyd Schrotenboer was born on September 24, 1948 in Zeeland, MI. He received a bachelor's in education from Central Michigan University and retired from Hemlock Public Schools in 2010 after 37 years of service. He married Gale Warner on December 3, 1983; she survives him. He enjoyed fishing, casino trips, bike riding, taking care of his lawn, cooking family dinners, and Tuesday afternoons with his granddaughter, Callie. He would do anything, anytime for his girls. Surviving besides his wife, Gale, are three daughters; Heather Antonini of Roseville, CA; Jamie (Brandon) List of Frankenmuth, MI; Sara (Zachary) Birnbaum of Freeland, MI; grandchildren; Ella Antonini, Lucca Antonini, Callie List, his mother Juella Schrotenboer, three brothers, Calvin (Ardale) Schrotenboer, Jack (Carolyn) Schrotenboer, Douglas (Jan) Schrotenboer and many beloved nieces and nephews all of Hamilton, MI. He was predeceased by a son Kevin Schrotenboer and a sister, Laurie Strowenjans. Funeral services will take place 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 15, 2013 at W. L. Case and Company, Funeral chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. His longtime friend and colleague, Mr. Dick Redifer will officiate with cremation to follow. Friends may visit with the family on Thursday at the funeral chapel from 1:00-4:00p.m. and 6:00-9:00p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service.
