Otter, Lori Ann Freeland, MI On Tuesday, October 27, 2015, Lori was greeted by our Heavenly Father at Covenant Healthcare at the age of 52.. Lori was born in Huntsville, Alabama January 11, 1963 the daughter of Donald and Millie (Allen) Otter. She resided most of her life in Freeland, Michigan where she attended and graduated from Hemlock High School. Lori was a member of Swan Valley United Methodist Church since it began in 1969. In Lori's spare time, she enjoyed helping others and was an avid fan of her niece's and nephew's activities. Lori is survived by her parents, Donald and Millie; three siblings, Wendy (Marc) McKenney, Teri (John) Neetz, and Todd (Jenni) Otter; eight nieces and nephews; several special aunts and uncles and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Orville and Luella Otter; Ernest and Mildred Allen. The funeral service to celebrate Lori's life will take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 2, 2015 at Swan Valley United Methodist Church, 9265 Geddes Rd. Rev. Rob Richards will officiate. Friends may visit with the family at W. L. Case & Company Funeral Chapel, 201 N. Miller Rd. on Sunday from 2:00 7:00 p.m. and at the church Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.
