Lucille A. Rettinger

Lucille A. Rettinger Brant, Michigan Passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2015, at the Masonic Pathways, Alma. Age 80 years. The daughter of the late Nellie (Brown) and Harry Oyster was born April 6, 1935 in Hersey, Michigan. She married Donald O. Rettinger, February 18, 1953. He passed away May 15, 2012. She was employed by Hare Mfg. for several years and enjoyed gardening, making crafts, fishing, going to flea markets, the casino and playing bingo. Surviving are three children and their spouses, Lyle Gene and Shirlee Rettinger; Nancy and Louie Becker; Linda and Harry Kostick; five grandchildren and their spouses, Chad and Ashley Becker; Jason and Kelly Becker; Corey and Kristy Becker; Tracie and Chase McCune; Shane and Frances Kostick; her great grandchildren, Nathan, Kaleb, Julie, Derek, Ethan, Easton, Emma, Eva, Nathaniel, Alex, Isabelle and Charleigh; a sister, LaVerna; several nieces and nephews. Her brothers and sisters, LeRoy, Lester, Loren, Lena, and Leona have predeceased her. The funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 7, 2015, at the W. L. Case and Co. Funeral Chapel in Merrill. Rev. Bill Bodnar will officiate with burial in Marion Twp. Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. Friday until the time of the funeral service.
