Duby, Lyle Kenneth Saginaw, Michigan Passed away Saturday, January 25, 2014 at Renown Medical Hospital, Reno, Nevada, age 80 years. Lyle was born in Saginaw, Michigan August 29, 1933 the son of the late Lloyd and Margaret (Wenzel) Duby. He married Louise DeCaire May 15, 1954. She predeceased him January 12, 2007. Mr. Duby served in the United States Army as a Heavy Equipment Operator during the Korean War. He retired from Central Warehouse in 1975. He was president of the BVA. Lyle is survived by four daughters, Ann Field, Susan (Almon) Mason, Debra (Donald) Garno, Katherine Duby; a son, Kenneth (Donna) Duby; 18 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Esther (Oscar) Haag and Charlotte Dargie; a brother, Lloyd (Margaret) Duby. He was predeceased by five brothers, Woodrow, Bernard, Robert, Francis and infant Kenneth; two sisters, infants Sally and Marion. According to his wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Lyle's life will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at Albee Township Community Center, 10645 East Rd., Burt, MI. A luncheon will follow the memorial. Those planning an expression of sympathy in lieu of flowers may wish to make a donation to the BVA (Blinded Veterans Association). Arrangements handled through W.
